All participants must maintain discipline and sportsmanlike behavior throughout the event. Any misconduct, violence, or illegal activity may lead to immediate disqualification and potential legal action.

4. Event Changes or Cancellations

Future Sports Management reserves the right to modify event details (such as date, venue, schedule, or structure) at its discretion due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, no refunds shall be applicable.

5. Media & Promotions

By registering, you grant Future Sports Management permission to use your name, image, and video footage for promotional and marketing purposes on social media, print, and digital platforms without any additional compensation.

6. Liability Waiver

Participants take part in events at their own risk. Future Sports Management is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal property during any event or activity.

7. Data Privacy

Personal information collected during registration is used solely for event communication, promotional updates, and performance analysis. We do not sell or share data with third parties without consent. (Refer to our Privacy Policy)

8. Ownership of Intellectual Property

All content, branding, designs, logos, and media assets related to Future Sports Management are the sole property of the organization and cannot be reused or reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising will fall under the jurisdiction of Punjab courts only.
